Description Make a Real Impact in Your Community! Community Solutions is seeking a Per Diem Residential Re-Entry Specialist to join our Delaware RRC located in Wilmington. The Delaware RRC is an adult residential facility. In this role you will provide client supervision and complete all required program operations. You will uphold all Agency policies and procedures pertaining to the safety and security of clients, Agency property and the community. You will also be a role model to the clients while providing a safe environment, facilitating counseling, advocacy and support. The program administers assessments, monitors clients' compliance with service plan goals, and involves clients in services that address their criminogenic tendencies. Through case management, supervision, and provision of evidence-based groups, clients gain the tools and support necessary for successful community re-entry. At Community Solutions, Inc.
