Hard Surface Restoration Laborer

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES

• Communication regarding daily and projected work schedules, assigned responsibilities, hazards, safety protocols, etc.
• Ensures safe and efficient operation/completion of assigned jobs.
• Safely operates equipment and utilizes materials and/or tools required for job completion.
• Organizes, leads, and trains employees to complete projects within established time frame and guidelines.
• Reads and follows blueprint, specifications, and other documents required for the job.
• Completes necessary paperwork and related documentation.
• Adheres to all Company safety policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a laborer, or similar role.
• Familiarity with Hard Surface Restoration preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have a valid driver's license with a good, clean driving record.
• Class A CDL required.
• Must be willing to travel.
• Must be able to bend/kneel/stand/walk for long periods of time.
• Must be able to lift/push/pull 50+ pounds regularly.
