Jackson and Coker is seeking an experienced Marketing Communications Manager to lead how our brand shows up in the market. This role owns the strategic messaging framework for the brand's organic presence and executes across social media channels, balancing creative excellence with datadriven performance. The Marketing Communications Manager brings brand strategy, campaign priorities, and storytelling together to drive awareness, engagement, and sales momentum.

What You'll Do:

  • Write, edit, and approve content for social media, campaigns, sales materials, and select owned channels

  • Lead organic social media strategy and execution, including content planning, publishing, engagement, and optimization

  • Translate brand narratives and campaigns into high-impact short-form messaging

  • Ensure messaging is consistent, polished, and aligned with brand standards

  • Partner with Brand, Content Marketing, Digital Marketing, Creative, Sales, and the Jackson Healthcare communications team on PR and media relations

  • Manage workflows, timelines, approvals, and external contributors

  • Track performance and sentiment, using insights to continuously improve messaging

  • Use AI tools to support ideation and efficiency while maintaining strong editorial standards

What You'll Bring:

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing communications, with demonstrated ownership of organic social media for a brand or organization

  • Advanced writing and editing skills for social and campaign communications, with strong editorial judgment and attention to detail

  • Deep understanding of social platforms, best practices, and brand voice systems

  • Experience translating messaging frameworks into highimpact, shortform content

  • Ability to analyze performance data, social listening insights, and sentiment to improve outcomes

  • Strong workflow, timeline, and prioritization management, including experience managing external partners or influencers

  • Familiarity with AIenabled content and productivity tools

  • Experience with social media management and project management platforms (e.g., Sprout Social, Asana)

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
