Job Title: Pricing/Catalog Manager

Location: Smyrna, TN

Work Arrangement: Hybrid

Role Overview:

The Pricing & Catalog (Category) Manageris responsible forleading pricing strategy execution, catalog data integrity, and category performance initiatives across the business. This role plays a keypartin driving profitability, improving data accuracy, and supporting cross-functional alignment across Sales, Product Management, Engineering, and Supply Chain.

This position requires a highly analytical and detail-oriented leader who can manage complex data, lead projects to completion, and influence stakeholders across the organization whileoperatingin a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Up to 10% domestic and international travelrequired


Pricing & Category Management



  • Lead pricing reviews and execute pricing strategies aligned with business objectives


  • Analyze pricing performance, margin trends, and category-level opportunities


  • Support category reviews and provide recommendations to improve profitability and competitiveness


  • Collaborate with Sales teams to align pricing strategies with customer and market needs


Catalog Management & Data Integrity



  • Own catalog data accuracy, completeness, and governance across systems


  • Manage product lifecycle updates including new product introductions, updates, and discontinuations


  • Ensure alignment of catalog data across internal systems and customer-facing platforms


  • Drive continuous improvement in catalog processes and data standards


Project Management & Execution



  • Lead cross-functional projects from initiation through completion


  • Partner with internal stakeholders to drive alignment and execution of key initiatives


  • Ensuretimelydelivery of projects with strong attention to detail and follow-through


Cross-Functional Collaboration



  • Work closely with Engineering, Product Management,Purchasing, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Sales


  • Act as a key liaison between commercial and operational teams


  • Influence decision-making through data-driven insights andstrong communication


JOB REQUIREMENTS:

BasicQualifications



  • 5+ years of experience in Pricing, Catalog Management, Category Management, or related functions


  • Experience in one or more of the following: Engineering, Product Management, Project Management,Purchasing, Supply Chain, Business Development, Strategy, Marketing, or Sales


  • Strong project management skills with a proven ability to drive projects to completion


  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills


  • High attention to detail with strong critical thinking and time management abilities


  • Proficiencywith business systems and data tools


Preferred Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree (Business, Engineering, or related field preferred)


  • Experience in the Automotive Aftermarket or related industries (OE, Tier 1 suppliers, dealerships, or repair shops)


  • Demonstrated leadership ability with experience influencing cross-functional teams


  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt in a dynamic environment
