Join Allied Universal as an Access Control Officer at a dynamic commercial real estate location, where you will monitor entry points, verify credentials, and help to deter security-related incidents through a visible, professional presence. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by following site-specific access control procedures, badge and visitor processing protocols, and appropriate emergency response activities.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, manage visitor logs, and help to deter unauthorized access to the location through consistent access control practices.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document security-related events according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, common areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to identify unusual activity and report maintenance and/or security-related concerns.
• Communicate with property management, tenants, vendors, and emergency personnel as needed regarding access issues, after-hours entry requests, and other security-related matters.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A state, county, and/or city issued security license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
