Your Role The Network Strategy team is a team of strategists and provider-facing leaders that are responsible for developing and implementing the BSC Provider Partnerships and Network Management strategy, developing strategic provider partnerships, and driving performance throughout the network. The Vice President, Network Strategy will report to the Senior Vice President, Provider Partnerships and Network Management. In this role, you will be responsible for network design and optimization, product strategy (in collaboration with VP, Product & Customer Strategy), payment strategies, incentive-based models for all lines of business, provider engagement and partnership strategies and creating team education and training opportunities across strategy, contracting and network operations. This role will be responsible for the assessment, selection and engagement of high performing value providers and building strategies for long-term partnerships built on the foundation of collaboration, value-based care, and total cost of care management on technology. Further, the role will require an innovative mindset with a focus on execution, effective communication skills at an executive level, organizational agility in a matrix organization and ability a cross-functional team to drive strong performance and results. The role will work closely with the VP of Network Operations and VP's of Contracting to execute a comprehensive solution for growth and sustainable partnerships. This role requires collaborative leader with the experience to develop, manage and motivate a team to execute the vision. Hybrid This role requires employees to be in-office based on our hybrid workplace model, balancing purposeful in-person collaboration with flexibility. For most teams, this means coming into the office two days each week.
