Their practical, data-driven approach helps organizations navigate regulatory shifts, payment reform, and operational complexity with confidence and clarity What You Will Do: Guide the vision and direction of health systems and senior living organizations to drive profitability and growth Perform preliminary research and examine existing and budgeted financial data Provide support on specific client engagements, which may include financial planning, financial feasibility studies, client due diligence and strategic assessments. Understand and analyze financial assumptions that underpin financial budgeting or prospective financial modeling and reporting. Perform performance assessments to include financial and/or operational benchmarks and economic analysis Evaluate strategic recommendations within financial, organizational, and operational frameworks to ensure the feasibility of successful outcomes Work both individually and in a team environment Establish and maintain relationships with the audit, tax and consulting practitioners in other service lines within the firm to maintain an understanding of all of the firm's service offerings and coordinate practice development efforts accordingly Support engagement teams both on client and internal projects. Responsibilities will include client and engagement management, data and information analysis, solution implementation and generation of engagement results Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in an accounting or finance discipline 1+ years of experience in the public accounting or healthcare industry (preferred with financial statement or financial budget preparation) Intermediate to Advanced skill sets in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) Preferred Qualifications: MAcc (master's in accountancy), MBA or MHA CPA or CPA Candidate preferred Proven client service experience with a strong track record of meeting project expectations, including deliverables, timelines, and overall execution. #LI-ATL, #LI-CHI, #LI-NASH #LI-AF1 About Forvis Mazars, LLP Forvis Mazars, LLP is an independent member of Forvis Mazars Global, a leading global professional services network. Illinois Wage Transparency Pursuant to Illinois' Equal Pay Act, the salary range displayed is for the Illinois market. The salary for this role will be based on the experience, education, and skill set of the individual for the position. Non-exempt/hourly positions will be eligible for time and half pay for employees that work over 40 hours in a workweek.
