Senior Manager, Project Controls
Building on our past. Ready for the future. Worley is seeking a Senior Manager, Project Controls who brings both strategic perspective and hands-on execution capability. This role sits at the intersection of commercial performance, project delivery, and data-driven decision making. You will help shape how projects are planned, measured, and delivered-ensuring transparency, predictability, and control across complex portfolios. Purpose of the role Play an integral role in driving project performance by establishing and leading robust project controls frameworks across multiple projects or programs. You will be responsible for ensuring cost and schedule integrity, enabling proactive decision-making, and aligning project execution with broader business and financial objectives. This role operates both as a senior project leader and, where required, as a functional manager-developing capability, standardizing processes, and strengthening project controls maturity across the organization.
