Program Acquisition Manager

Job Description:

Leads contractor Information Technology (IT) Acquisition process team to improve efficiency and

effectiveness. Provides knowledge of the Information Technology Acquisition lifecycle process and

management of milestones.

Note: This role is for a proposal. Offer will be contingent upon proposal award which is scheduled for approximately mid-May 2026.

Duties/ Responsibilities

• Manages the acquisition and meeting schedule milestones.
• Manages and tracks the collection, input, and processing of information and data received from customers and technical contacts. Identifies discrepancies, risk, and available resources with government program manager.
• Collaborates on process improvement and completion with the government program manager to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness of information transmitted for review.

Required Skills/Abilities

• Have three (3) years of experience in program management for Acquisition Category (ACAT)
  
  programs and non-ACAT programs.
• Have experience with the Information Technology Acquisition lifecycle process and acquisition milestones.
• Have experience in managing, reviewing, and analyzing a variety of source and acquisition
  
  documentation.
• U.S. citizenship required

Education and Experience:

• Have three (3) years of experience in program management for Acquisition Category (ACAT)
  
  programs and non-ACAT programs.

Travel Requirement:

• Occasional CONUS travel to other DLA sites (most likely Frederick, MD, Washington DC)

Clearance Requirement:

• Investigative Requirement: At time of proposal the contractor must possess at least a Tier
  
  3/NACLC/ANACI investigation as the position is coded Moderate Risk, Non- Critical Sensitive,
  
  IT-2. / Active Secret Clearance
