Summary of Position Responsibility:

This position is responsible for driving sustainable revenue growth, resolving complex customer challenges, and delivering innovative solutions that address evolving customer needs. The role plays a pivotal part in identifying and capturing new business opportunities, creating long-term value, and building strategic partnerships within a key market segment.

Success in this role requires strong cross-functional leadership and collaboration to ensure aligned execution across commercial, operational, and technical teams. The individual will lead accurate forecasting, disciplined commercial planning, and effective budget management to achieve financial objectives and drive profitable growth.

Supporting key customers across North America, this remote-based position requires flexibility and travel as needed to strengthen relationships, advance strategic initiatives, and ensure exceptional customer engagement.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

  • Responsible for direct sales results, implementing and executing sales plans, tactics, processes, and programs for key Personal Care market segment customers.

  • Responsible for day-to-day account management of select accounts and prospecting new growth opportunities within the market segment.

  • Manage sales pipeline to increase incremental revenue for the company.

  • Develop and execute tactical sales initiatives that create demand for current and future product offerings.

  • Manage and communicate weekly and monthly sales forecasts and annual sales projections for existing and new products.

  • Identify cost/value plans and work with a dedicated team to ensure execution.

  • Collaborate across all relevant functions internally to ensure new programs are launched on time and within budget expectations.

  • Provide voice of the customer to Marketing and other core cross-functional teams.

  • Identify customer requirements to help drive current and future product offering.

  • Prepare and present presentations and proposals to management.

  • Develop strategic account strategies and recommendations to prioritize resources and drive overall company strategy.

  • Support the execution of projects with technical staff and contribute to Team effort through related projects as needed.

Non-essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

Knowledge & Experience (Minimum Job Qualifications):

  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of proven Account Management or Business Development experience in the Personal Care industry, driving growth for OEM and/or Private Label customers.

  • Proven strong history of successful selling to technical customers.

  • High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize responsibilities.

  • Driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently to complete tasks with minimal supervision.

  • Strong problem-solving skills, sound judgement, and ability to effectively influence decision-making.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbally and written).

  • Collaborative, team-player, adept with key stakeholder management.

  • Ability to maintain a high level of activity, manage multiple projects, and deliver programs on time within budget.

  • Experience with Salesfource.com and Oracle/Discoverer.

  • MS Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

  • Ability to travel; 30% Travel.
