Bachelor's degree preferred in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related technical field.

5-8 years of relevant professional experience supporting Agile software development teams.

Metronome is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support Agile software development and DevOps teams within a technical delivery environment. The Scrum Master will facilitate Agile ceremonies, ensure adherence to Scrum methodologies, and support engineering teams in delivering mission-critical software capabilities. This role will work closely with software engineers, DevOps teams, product owners, and other Scrum Masters to ensure effective Agile execution across multiple development efforts.

• Facilitate Agile Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives

• Support software engineering and DevOps teams in following Agile and Scrum best practices

• Identify and remove impediments impacting team productivity or sprint delivery

• Work closely with Product Owners to maintain sprint backlogs and support backlog refinement

• Track sprint progress and communicate risks, blockers, and delivery status to program leadership

• Promote continuous improvement and Agile maturity across engineering teams

• Coordinate with other Scrum Masters to ensure consistency in Agile practices across the program

• Support delivery of technical projects involving software development, DevOps pipelines, and modern engineering environments
