What You'll Do:


Support supply chain operations by managing purchasing activities, maintaining vendor relationships, and ensuring materials are available to meet production and customer demands.



  • Initiate purchase orders based on approved requisitions, ERP signals, and business needs.
  • Place orders with suppliers, monitor delivery schedules, and expedite or de-expedite orders as needed.
  • Communicate regularly with vendors to improve performance and address quality or delivery issues.
  • Support preparation of RFQs and gather required data for sourcing activities.
  • Maintain and update material master data in SAP to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Understand demand requirements and respond to supply chain constraints with appropriate actions.
  • Collaborate with the Supply Chain Manager to review risks and action plans.
  • Support supplier onboarding and documentation requirements.
  • Reconcile invoices and resolve discrepancies with vendors and internal teams.
  • Analyze supplier performance and report on quality, delivery, and service metrics.
  • Support root cause analysis for stockouts, late deliveries, and non-conforming materials.
  • Recommend improvements to purchasing and material management processes.
  • Ensure purchasing practices comply with company policies, ethical standards, and applicable regulations.
  • Support ISO standards and compliance requirements.
  • Assist with planning activities by aligning material flow with production schedules.
  • Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.



What We're Looking For:



  • Education: High School Diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in purchasing, supply chain, or materials planning.
  • Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP.
  • Understanding of supply chain processes including procurement, inventory, and supplier management.
  • Ability to analyze data and make decisions to support production and business needs.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Experience with RFQs, vendor communication, and supplier performance tracking is a plus.
  • Experience supporting continuous improvement initiatives is a plus.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across severalU.S. geographic markets. Base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The annual U.S. pay range for this positionis listed below. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on your qualifications, job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
