JOB SUMMARY The Instructional Coach & Community Coordinator serves a dual role supporting the success, formation, and well-being of Billiken Teacher Corps teachers and the larger BTC community. In this position, the individual provides high-quality instructional coaching, ongoing professional guidance, and documentation to ensure that BTC teachers grow as effective educators. Simultaneously, the role supports the spiritual, community, and programmatic life of BTC teachers by coordinating retreats and community events, facilitating recruitment and alumni engagement, and managing communication and logistics that strengthen the BTC mission. This position is being funded by a grant and/or designated source, and therefore continuation in the position is contingent upon funding availability.
