Georgia-Pacific is seeking a Production Supervisor for our Milford, NJ facility. In this role, you will leverage your leadership, operations experience, and communication skills to identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities across people, processes, and systems.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to safety as a core value, lead a production team to exceed performance expectations, and bring a self-driven approach to achieving manufacturing excellence and quality. Success in this role requires strong interpersonal and technical skills, along with the ability to lead and support transformation initiatives.

What You Will Do

* Lead an operating team in compliance with safety, health, environmental, and quality standards

* Foster a culture aligned with Principle Based Management (PBM)

* Drive safety excellence by promoting employee involvement, ownership, and accountability

* Proactively identify hazards, implement mitigation strategies, and investigate incidents

* Coach, train, and develop team members in safety, quality, and production

* Ensure best practices are followed to minimize waste at machine centers

* Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure quality, on-time production

* Plan, assign, and direct work for hourly employees

* Provide performance feedback, address concerns, and hold team members accountable

* Communicate daily production results and operational updates

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

* Minimum 1+ year of supervisory experience in a manufacturing, production, industrial, or military environment

What Will Put You Ahead

* Bachelor's degree or higher

* Experience in the corrugated packaging/containerboard industry (corrugator or converting operations)

* Experience with KIWI application systems

Salary range: $75,000-$110,000
