We're looking for a Customer Service Representative who thrives in a fastpaced, phonebased environment and wants to grow beyond the basics. In this role, you'll be a trusted resource for members, helping them understand billing, make payments, and resolve issues accurately and efficiently-often on the very first call. This is a great opportunity for customer service professionals who want to build a career in healthcare billing while being supported, challenged, and encouraged to grow. *What You'll Do* As a Customer Service Representative, you'll provide highquality service while independently managing a variety of billingrelated functions: * Deliver superior customer service while analyzing, researching, and resolving premium billing inquiries * Handle inbound calls from internal and external customers in alignment with company values and quality standards * Complete assigned outbound calls, including notifying members of delinquent accounts * Resolve customer concerns on the initial call whenever possible, or provide timely followup when additional research is needed * Answer billing questions, take payments, and educate members and groups on billing and payment processes * Help members enroll in online billing and payment systems * Verify eligibility for reinstatement reviews and complete required documentation * Maintain confidentiality of sensitive member information in compliance with company policies * Navigate multiple complex computer systems with minimal supervision * Stay current on billing policies and procedures and demonstrate accuracy by successfully passing audits * Meet established expectations for response time, call handling time, and availability * Partner with other departments to research and correct member account issues *What We're Looking For* *Required Qualifications* * High School Diploma or GED * At least 1 year of customer service experience * Strong communication skills and professional phone presence * Strong computer skills * Strong organization, attention to detail, and conflictresolution skills * Selfmotivated, dependable, and able to perform well under pressure * Ability to communicate effectively while maintaining a high level of confidentiality *Job Type & Location* This is a Contract position based out of Murray, UT. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
