Job Description We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to support internal and external customers by responding to inquiries related to orders, pricing, and product information. This role contributes to customer satisfaction and company revenue by consistently meeting productivity, quality, and servicelevel standards. This position is ideal for someone with strong customer service experience, the ability to manage high call and email volume, and experience working within CRM/ERP systems. Key Responsibilities * Answer inbound customer calls and emails regarding order placement, order status, pricing, and product information * Monitor and manage shared email inboxes to ensure department service goals are met * Accurately process customer orders and complaints within an ERP system (Oracle) * Create and maintain customer accounts * Collaborate with logistics, supply chain, regulatory affairs, trade compliance, and sales teams to resolve customer issues * Proactively communicate potential issues or challenges to leadership * Participate in daily KPI meetings and contribute to department performance goals * Meet individual metrics including service levels, inbound talk time, phone availability, and monthly goals * Resolve technical issues over the phone and prepare Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) as needed Tools Used * ERP system (Oracle) * CRM systems * Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) MustHave Qualifications * 1+ year of customer service or technical experience * Experience handling irate or escalated customers * Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM * CRM and/or ERP system experience * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Work Environment, Location & Compensation * 6month contracttohire position based out of Madison, WI * Standard hours: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM * Office setting: Open, modern workspace with standing desks and natural light * Compensation: $20.00 per hour #centralpriority26 Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Madison, WI.
