What You Will Do:



  • Lead Aftermarket Operations: Provide leadership across all aftermarket sales, parts, and service functions within the region, ensuring consistency, accountability, and alignment with company objectives.
  • Drive Strategy & Growth: Partner with regional leadership to develop and execute strategic initiatives that drive aftermarket sales growth, including expanding business beyond traditional customer bases.
  • Develop People & Leaders: Coach and develop Regional Aftermarket Manager(s) and department leaders, focusing on long-term development, succession planning, and performance excellence.
  • Manage Performance & Financials: Monitor operational and financial performance of parts and service departments, including profitability, staffing, processes, safety, and growth strategies.
  • Strengthen Customer Experience: Lead initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and long-term relationships through effective processes, communication, and solutions-oriented support.
  • Establish Benchmarks & Accountability: Assist in creating and tracking annual parts and service benchmarks aligned with financial and operational goals.
  • Training & Capability Building: Oversee internal and external training programs, including career paths, technician development, customer programs, and MIRC follow-up.
  • Represent RDO: Ensure the company's reputation in the community reflects RDO's core values and commitment to ethical, safe, and responsible business practices.

What You Will Bring:



  • Proven Leadership Experience: Demonstrated success in business and people management, with experience leading leaders and driving accountability.
  • Aftermarket & Operational Expertise: Strong knowledge of sales, parts, and service operations.
  • Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate strategy into execution.
  • Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of John Deere agriculture, construction, and/or Vermeer dealership operations preferred.
  • Communication & Technology Skills: Strong verbal, written, and computer skills to drive alignment, performance, and collaboration.
  • Education: College degree preferred.
  • Valid Work Authorization: Candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
