Description
- Support Room Attendants by delivering linens, towels, amenities, and supplies in a timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping storage areas, closets, and service corridors
- Remove soiled linens, trash, and recyclables from guest room floors and public areas
- Clean and maintain public spaces, including lobbies, hallways, elevators, restrooms, and back-of-house areas
- Assist with deep cleaning projects, including carpet care, floor care, and special assignments
- Respond promptly to guest and housekeeping requests, including additional supplies or service needs
- Ensure housekeeping carts and storage areas are properly stocked at all times
- Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or lost and found items according to hotel procedures
- Support laundry operations as needed, including transporting linens to and from laundry areas
- Follow all Hilton safety, cleanliness, and brand standards consistently
Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous housekeeping or hotel experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs and remain on feet for extended periods
- Flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evenings
- Basic communication skills in English

- Ability to handle cleaning equipment and supplies safely
- Exposure to cleaning chemicals and varying temperatures
