Position Summary The Sr. Director, Technology & Engineering, for SupplyLogix (SLX), Data Insights, and Clinical Programs Solution (CPS) products is an executive within the MPS Technology team responsible for leading and managing the software development and support functions. This role oversees the strategic direction, planning, execution, delivery, and support of software solutions ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs. The Sr. Director provides visionary leadership to development teams, fosters a culture of innovation and collaboration, drives continuous improvement in processes and technologies, and ensures the delivery of a scalable, secure, and high quality software solution. Additional responsibilities include supporting Testing and Release Management activities, partnering with 3rd party vendors, and supporting product and modernization roadmaps. This role oversees multiple engineering teams including Managers and Individual Contributors. Key Responsibilities Strategy

Minimum Requirement Degree or equivalent experience. Typically requires 13+ years of professional experience and 6+ years of diversified leadership, planning, communication, organization, and people motivation skills (or equivalent experience). Working Conditions Office Hybrid Must maintain a regular presence in Las Colinas, TX HQ This role offers location flexibility and is open to candidates across the United States. Candidates based in the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) area will be hired in a hybrid capacity and are expected to work onsite at our Las Colinas office a minimum of two (2) days per week, with the remaining days worked remotely. The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations.
