Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work onsite with our client in Gilbert, AZ. Interested?
Here's what you'd do:
  • Maintaining and enhancing the product integrity / quality / produce-ability of assigned product by:
  • Writing, maintaining and training build and test procedures, utilized by technicians.
  • Leading root-cause determination and performing Material Review Board analysis and disposition of issues, non-conformances or ANDON's arising from design issues and production processes.
  • Learning and adhering to standard business operating documents, regarding the processes required on the assigned program(s).
  • Managing verification of technical requirements and hardware configuration.
  • Continuous improvement of the processes and requirements client has authority to modify/enforce
  • Ensuring the implementation of robust corrective actions with Quality Engineering.
  • Identifying opportunities and generating/executing plans to improve product manufacturability and testability.
  • Evaluating, sustaining, implementing and improving assembly & test methods, fixtures, test equipment and software necessary to build, test, and deliver products and hardware.
  • Participating in a cross-functional product team, and other support groups as needed, to execute the completion of the program(s) and initiatives for the product(s) assigned.
  • Provide engineering and direction support for:
  • Customer inquiries and program communications, with program management direction.
  • Technical inquiries and issue resolution from supplier-made parts and processes.
  • Internal customers and cross-functions relating to assigned product, and test equipment hardware/software.
  • Drawing or procedure clarifications to machinists, technicians, and other engineers.
  • Understanding and performing engineering analysis using engineering fundamentals or computational software for verification of hardware requirements or change/disposition rationale generation.
  • Generation, organization, and maintenance of technical data, reports, presentations and procedures produced on assigned programs.
  • Timely execution and management of program engineering tasks within an established program budget and scope.

Payrate: $ 50.00-75.00/hour

Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in electronics (circuit board) design and manufacturing.

  • Demonstrating a high level of ownership.

  • Documents: MS Powerpoint / MS Word / MS Excel / MS Vizio
  • Drawing Standards and Electrical Schematics
  • Troubleshooting to the electrical component (integrated circuit) level
