Job Summary

The Executive Assistant and Governance/Resilience Coordinator provides high-level administrative support to multiple leaders and team members in the Corporate Governance and Securities and Global Business Resilience groups, including project management, communication and logistical support and Board coordination. This role ensures effective and efficient processes, communication, scheduling and documentation.

What you'll do

  • Manage leaders' calendars and scheduling, including all internal and external meetings.
  • Plan all aspects of leaders' travel.
  • Assist with Board meeting planning, including travel and event planning, calendaring, and execution of meetings. Assist Governance and Securities teams with ongoing projects.
  • Assist the Global Business Resilience team with requests for proposal, meeting planning, project management of multiple projects, reporting, monitoring external inbox, plus other Business Resilience projects.
  • Coordinate on team and department initiatives regarding AI.
  • Coordinate and lead preparation for all team meetings, including but not limited to: securing meeting location, travel, accommodations, catering, equipment/supplies, etc.
  • Process expense reports, requisitions and new hire needs.
  • Effectively interact with all internal and external stakeholders, developing collaborative relationships across CDW to ensure positive results.
  • Interact with Board members and executives on a regular basis.
  • Assist with other projects for the Corporate Secretary's Office and other Legal Team members as needed, including liaising with other departments, special projects and project management support.

What we expect of you

  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in leadership support and 9+ years of experience in leadership support
  • Experience supporting corporate boards a plus.
  • Exceptional project management, organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Personal development orientation, especially with respect to technology.
  • Commitment to excellence, attention to detail, and ethical conduct.
  • Periodic evening or weekend work to support board meetings or other projects.

Pay range: $84,000 - $119,000 depending on experience and skill set
Annual bonus target of 5% subject to terms and conditions of plan
