Shore United Bank is seeking a full-time Branch Support Supervisor to join our team. In this backoffice leadership role, you'll be essential to the smooth daytoday operation of the branch and the delivery of exceptional customer service. As the Branch Support Supervisor, you will lead, coach, and support a highperforming team that enables the branch's customerfacing functions. You'll oversee daily workflows, collaborate with crossfunctional teams, and serve as a key communication link for leadership. This position also handles internal and external inquiries, tracks team performance, and ensures adherence to bank policies, procedures, and regulatory standards. Essential Functions Include:



  • Supervise the daily operations of the branch support area.
  • Review daily activity reports for quality control and error resolution purposes and subsequent tracking and monitoring of missing or incorrect information.
  • Reviews, verifies accuracy of, files, and indexes all documentation related to deposit accounts.
  • Reviews, verifies accuracy of, and validates account or customer data entry.
  • Communicates with branch personnel to follow-up on defined exceptions.
  • Provide support to customer service personnel by responding to inquiries related to Personal and Business deposit products and services. Understands the features and benefits of all bank products and services.
  • Resolves day to day operational issues, coordinating with other departments on major issues and escalating concern when appropriate.
  • Defines problems/opportunities; collects and interprets data; draws valid conclusions and implements solution; escalate issues to appropriate department and monitory resolution.
  • Abides by the current laws and organizational policies and procedures designed and implemented to promote an environment which is free of harassment and other forms of illegal discriminatory behavior in the workplace.
  • Reports pertinent information to the immediate supervisor as requested, or according to an established schedule; compiles information as necessary or as directed and provides data to appropriate bank personnel.
  • Responds to inquiries relating to their particular area, requests from customers or other bank personnel, etc., within given time frames and within established policy.
  • Responsible for handling issues, policies, and processes related to people, such as hiring, training, and performance management.
  • Responsible for setting goals and objectives for their team, providing guidance and support, and ensuring that team members have the resources and support they need to be successful.
  • Demonstrates compliance awareness by completing all required regulatory and compliance training (e.g., BSA, CRA, ECOA) on or before deadlines, and actively supporting all policies, procedures, and practices that promote risk management, safety, and regulatory adherence.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:



  • Full-time.
  • Non-exempt.
  • Days of Work: Monday-Friday.


Required Education and Experience:



  • High school diploma/GED equivalent.
  • Minimum of two years' experience in banking
  • Minimum of one years' experience in a management or supervisory function


Compensation:



  • The pay range for this position is $28.20 to $33.65 hourly.
  • Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted hiring range based on factors such as relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, licensure requirements and/or skill level, and will be finalized at the time of offer.
