Salary: $21.98 - $24.18/hr

Position Summary: Reporting to the Social Work Supervisor, the Administrative Assistant will work closely with the Enhanced Family Foster Care program, and provide an array of administrative support as needed.

Essential Duties:



  • Understand and promote the organization's Mission, Vision, and Core Values to ensure alignment with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Managing telephones & taking messages for the Enhanced Family Foster Care and Medical Foster Care Programs.
  • On-going communication with Supervisors and Caseworkers regarding their daily schedule to facilitate communication.
  • Generating letters and reports regarding SPR Conferences, Treatment Team Conferences, schedules and any other clerical tasks deemed necessary for the functioning of the Units.
  • Prepare mailings, keep detailed log of documents sent to ACS.
  • Faxing, copying, filling printers with paper.
  • Filing and overall management of the Enhanced Family Foster Care case records.
  • Provide Metro cards to clients and staff as needed.
  • Any other tasks deemed necessary by supervisory or administrative staff that would be beneficial for the functioning of the units.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.



Minimum Qualifications:



  • High School Diploma or GED required, associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.



Key Competencies:



  • Strong organizational skills and computer skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Publisher.
