Leasing Specialist- Madison Area

Join our team as a Leasing Specialist!

We're looking for a motivated and personable Leasing Specialist to join our team in the Madison area. Based out of our 162-unit Prentice Park community, this role will also support leasing efforts for Quisling Terrace (downtown Madison) and The Brittany (Middleton). If you enjoy working with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in delivering excellent customer service, this could be a great fit.

What You'll Do

• Lead apartment tours and showcase the community to prospective residents

• Build strong relationships with current and prospective residents

• Follow up with prospects and work to convert leads into signed leases

• Assist with marketing efforts, outreach, and local networking

• Support move-in and move-out processes

• Handle incoming calls, schedule appointments, and respond to inquiries

• Complete administrative tasks including service requests, rent support, and resident communications

What You'll Bring

• A positive, engaging personality and strong customer service mindset

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks at once

• Strong communication and phone skills

• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office and property management systems)

• Previous leasing or sales experience preferred

• Valid drivers license and ability to occasionally travel to the other two properties as needed

• Evenings and weekends may be required during peak leasing season or on an as needed basis

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly pay of $20-$23 based on experience
