Program Leader

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Senior Project Manager located in Minneapolis, MN. This is a 4-5 month contract opportunity.

Pay range: $79 - $82 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Own day to day execution for a portfolio of Credit Card, Home Lending, Securities-based Lending, and Advisor Engagement initiatives with overlapping timelines and dependencies
• Project ideation phase management: turning ideas into strategy and executable plans, creating compelling materials to negotiate for project funding and prioritization, creating project plans with estimates and cost/benefit analysis
• Maintain integrated project plans, milestone tracking, and delivery timelines across multiple workstreams, driving projects from requirements through launch, including phased rollouts and post launch follow ups
• Maintain project trackers across initiatives, create and maintain required project documentation, create and send meeting notes, and manage action items and risks
• Serve as the central point of coordination between Product teams, Technology, Analytics, Operations, Risk/Compliance partners, and vendors
• Lead recurring working sessions, status meetings, and executive updates via Microsoft Teams, creating effective PowerPoint presentations
• Proactively identify and resolve cross team blockers, escalating with clear options when needed
• Prepare concise executive ready updates, scorecards, and status summaries for leadership consumption
• Report performance, metrics, and commentary for leadership and governance committees
• Create executive-level communications, drafting and revising presentations for senior leaders and ensuring clear consistent bank-wide messaging for major announcements and Town Hall meetings, following brand standards
• Create and coordinate the bank-wide annual planning process for leadership, managing planning calendar, creating and updating templates, metrics and plan development, managing and validating submissions, and tracking revisions

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in senior project or program management in a matrixed organization with direct lines to executive leadership
• Proven success managing multiple complex, cross functional initiatives in financial services, banking, or highly regulated environments
• Experience across project lifecycle from strategic ideation/prioritization through development and delivery
• Experience creating executive-level communication, presentation materials and schedules for broad audiences, ensuring accuracy, consistency and relevance
• Experience in basic financial analysis and ratios
• Exceptional written and verbal communication (executive ready)
• Strong planning, prioritization, and dependency management skills
• Ability to operate independently and make sound judgment calls
• Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office: Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, PowerPoint (strategic communication and brand standard design and formatting), Excel, Visio (process flows)
• Analytical skills and ability to connect the dots between various reports and data
