We are looking to add an Escrow Assistant to our growing team- someone motivated, proactive, and ready to build a long-term career in the escrow and title industry. This is an in-office position with a collaborative, high-performing team that takes pride in delivering excellence and supporting one another. What You'll Do Assist in the escrow process, including: Opening orders Inputting closing statement information Preparing documents for closing Handling disbursements and post-closing follow-up Communicate regularly with clients throughout the escrow process Review and interpret agreements related to escrow closings Utilize multiple systems and technologies to support transactions Deliver a seamless, high-quality customer experience What You'll Bring Passion for helping customers with a professional, positive attitude Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail A proactive, "go-getter" mindset with a desire to learn and grow Problem-solving ability in a fast-paced environment Team-oriented approach with a collaborative mindset Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems quickly High school diploma or equivalent required 2+ years of escrow or related experience preferred Why First American? Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
