Who we are looking for:

The New Account Quality Control position is responsible for various audit and quality control functions to ensure maximum accuracy and maintain the highest standards of processing in the New Accounts department.

What you'll do:



  • Perform new account documentation reviews to make sure the account styling and account documentation are in compliance with federal and state laws and regulations
  • Continuously oversee and assess the efficacy of implemented alterations and controls, ensuring sustained compliance and precision
  • Communicate findings with internal partners and shares feedback to address issues identified in the review process
  • Proficient in analyzing various scopes of reviews with high quality standard achievement
  • Complete related reports and paperwork in order to maintain and update files, while researching and resolving recordkeeping errors or discrepancies
  • Performs miscellaneous clerical functions, provides high quality and professional service to employees, and performs miscellaneous support functions as assigned
  • Answers questions, resolves problems, and responds to requests for documents promptly and courteously
  • Demonstrate flexibility to perform every other duty as assigned


What you'll need to be successful:



  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Must be motivated, dependable and responsible
  • Must be approachable and present a positive attitude
  • Must be a self-starter and able to work independently possessing good effective time management skills and ability to organize and prioritize
  • Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality
  • Sensitivity to confidential information is required
  • Working knowledge of Texas Deposit Documentation regulations
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly and effectively.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Relevant experience in banking or financial services a plus
  • Prior related office experience preferred
