Position Summary The Manufacturing Digital Systems & Automation Analyst supports and maintains the digital systems that power safety, operational auditing, reporting, and compliance across manufacturing sites. This role combines hands-on Power Platform development with structured data management, reporting preparation, and ongoing system administration. In addition to enhancing digital tools, this position serves as a central coordination resource for Manufacturing and R&D leadership - gathering information, organizing inputs from directors, preparing presentations, and ensuring leadership has accurate, well-structured data. Success in this role requires equal comfort with problem-solving and disciplined follow-through. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and dependable - someone who can build and improve systems while also managing recurring reporting, documentation, and executive support responsibilities. This is not a purely innovation-focused role. It is a hands-on operational position that blends digital tool development with structured execution and leadership support. Key Responsibilities Power Platform Development & System Enhancement * Enhance and extend existing Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, and Power BI dashboards used across manufacturing operations System Administration & Data Management * Manage and maintain SharePoint Lists and Libraries serving as system data sources Reporting & Executive Support * Develop and maintain dashboards supporting operational, safety, and compliance metrics Collaboration & Process Improvement * Partner with Manufacturing, EHS, IT, and R&D stakeholders to improve digital workflows Required Qualifications * 1-4 years of experience in a technical, analytical, or manufacturing-adjacent role Preferred Qualifications * Experience building Power Apps or workflows in a production environment What This Role Offers * Direct responsibility for real production systems used across manufacturing operations What This Role Is / Is Not This role is: This role is not: Mannington Mills is an Equal Opportunity Employer and maintains a drug and tobacco free workplace.
