• Pay Rate: Up to $35.00 per hour (based on experience)
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Daily Responsibilities

• Perform in-process and final inspections of machined parts to ensure compliance with specifications
• Implement and maintain inspection plans for incoming materials and production processes
• Compare material certifications to engineering drawings to verify compliance
• Identify, tag, and quarantine nonconforming materials and finished products
• Complete and maintain Nonconforming Material Reports (NCMR) and support corrective actions
• Utilize precision measuring instruments and surface plate technology for accurate inspection
• Read and interpret blueprints, parts lists, and technical documentation
• Support overall quality assurance efforts and assist with additional inspection duties as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control and mechanical inspection of machined parts
• Proficiency with measurement tools, shop math, and blueprint reading
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and internet use
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions and complete tasks accurately

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) operations (training available for the right candidate)
