Job Purpose

As a Senior Financial Analyst, your expertise will be crucial in translating complex financial data into clear, actionable insights. You will be the trusted source of information for our leadership team.

Nature of Duties/Responsibilities




  • Executive Support: Directly support the Finance Vice President with high-level, sophisticated financial planning, forecasting, and insightful analysis. Your work will directly influence strategic decision-making.



  • Meaningful Analysis: Generate in-depth and meaningful analysis of financial and operational results, including variance analysis, trend identification, and performance metrics.



  • Financial Modeling: Develop, maintain, and enhance complex financial models to support long-range planning, budgeting, and ad-hoc business cases.



  • Communication Excellence: Distill complex financial concepts and results into simple, concise, and professional presentations and narratives for both financial and non-financial stakeholders.



  • Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, reporting, and analysis tools to increase efficiency and accuracy.



  • Tool Mastery: Utilize and master various financial and data analysis tools to ensure the highest standard of professional information delivery.




Education and Experience




  • We are looking for a candidate who is not only a financial expert but also a proactive communicator and leader in their field.



  • 8+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, planning, and reporting



  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA/CPA preferred)



  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proven ability to communicate complex concepts simply and concisely



  • Analytical Skills - demonstrated ability to perform sophisticated and meaningful analysis with high-level insight



  • Demonstrated ability to link financial data to operational drivers and the overall business strategy, providing strategic context-aware insights.



  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively



  • Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, advanced Excel, BI tools)



  • Ability to work onsite in the San Jose Region at Sanmina's Corporate Headquarters.

Salary Range(annual): $99,000 - $120,000 . Actual base pay within this range (determined at the offer stage) will be based on a candidate's years of relevant work experience, education, certifications, and skills, and is just one element of our total rewards package. The total rewards package also includes a variety of benefits, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business and, depending on the role, may include eligibility for restricted stock unit awards and participation in a discretionary bonus program.
