Materials & Processes Engineering - Engineer I - Chemical Processesin GAC Savannah Unique Skills: Eng I - Chemical Processes Materials & Processes Eng I supporting Metallics for in-production aircraft (G500 / G600 / G700 / G800). BS in Mechanical, Civil, Materials Science, Metallurgy, Chemical Engineering, or equivalent technical degree. May 2026 graduates will be considered. The M&P Engineering Metallics team is seeking a self-motivated individual with foundational knowledge in Engineering principles, a strong interest in aerospace manufacturing, and a willingness to develop in chemical processes (pre-treatments, coatings, etc.) for metallic aircraft structure.
The preferred candidate will demonstrate a positive attitude and willingness to work in a team environment. Close coordination with other members of the M&P Engineering team to develop deliverables for in-production aircraft programs, such as:
Education and Experience Requirements
Bachelor's Degree Engineering or related curriculum required or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job. Entry level. 0 to 18 months experience.
Position Purpose:
Performs engineering work related to the investigation and solution of basic problems associated with research, design, development, service and manufacture of Gulfstream aircraft. Job Description
