Essential Functions Process Optimization: Analyzing and improving operational workflows, procedures, and policies to enhance productivity and reduce costs. Team Leadership: Hiring, training, mentoring, and managing staff performance, including scheduling and fostering a positive work environment. Financial Management: support GM and controller in overseeing budgets, reviewing financial reports, managing costs, and tracking KPIs to ensure financial goals are met. Operational Oversight: Managing daily operations, including inventory, procurement, supply chain logistics, production customer performance metrics. Compliance & Safety: Ensuring adherence to all company and regulatory agencies' safety regulations, quality standards, and policies. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience MBA with a concentration in operations management a plus. Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma experience in a Manufacturing environment a plus. Food manufacturing or processing experience a plus * A minimum of 3-5 years' broad-based Operations Management Candidate bilingual in English and Spanish a plus Financial management and Leadership skills Effective employee relations skills Effective written and verbal communication skills Proficient with ERP software and Microsoft Office suit
