We're looking for a Technical Specialist (Clarus) to support Department of Defense (DoD) service contracts. This role is responsible for developing proposals, analyzing technical scopes, and partnering across teams to help win and execute service work.

What you'll do:

• Review RFQs/RFPs and develop accurate, competitive proposals (pricing, scope, logistics)
• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, including U.S. Navy and Coast Guard
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Contracts, and QA to support bids through award
• Source materials, assess resources, and define technical scope
• Support contract execution, changes, and compliance (FAR/DFAR)
• Provide technical guidance to Operations, including condition reports and scope updates
• Participate in business development activities and industry events

What you'll bring:

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• High attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Mechanical aptitude with the ability to interpret technical drawings and documentation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience supporting U.S. Navy or Coast Guard service projects
• Working knowledge of FAR/DFAR regulations
• Valid driver's license

Additional details:

• Travel up to 20% as needed
