We're seeking a strategic, executiondriven Senior Product Owner to lead Master Data Management (MDM) capabilities that power a complex digital supply chain. In this role, you'll own the vision, backlog, and value delivery for enterprise master data platforms-driving data quality, consistency, and business outcomes across product, vendor, customer, and item domains

This is a hybrid position which will require the candidate to report and work from the office at least three days a week. Therefore, interested candidates should be within a 50-minute radius from Temple, TX.

Benefits you can count on:

  • Paid time off begins day one.
  • 401(k) Profit Sharing Plan after 90 days.
  • Additional benefits: pet insurance, maternity/paternity leave, employee assistance programs, discount programs, tuition reimbursement program, and more!

What You'll Do:

  • Own and prioritize the MDM product backlog using valuebased decision frameworks.
  • Partner with engineering, data governance, architecture, and business teams to deliver scalable solutions.
  • Translate business needs into clear epics, features, and user stories.
  • Drive crossfunctional alignment on priorities, dependencies, and delivery timelines.
  • Lead discovery, process mapping, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Track outcomes tied to data quality, efficiency, and operational impact.

What we are Looking For:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Information Systems, Technology, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in enterprise technology environments.
  • Strong experience supporting enterprise platforms, data products, or shared services.
  • Handson experience with Agile delivery, backlog management, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to influence without authority in a highly matrixed organization.
  • Experience with MDM, ERP, supply chain, or data governance platforms strongly preferred.
  • Product or Agile certifications (CSPO, PSPO, SAFe POPM) a plus.
  • This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role. The requirement is directly related to the nature of the job and ensures compliance with workplace safety and operational standards.
