Hutchinson Health Physician, P.A. is seeking a Pediatrician to join our expanding Primary Care department.

Join an established team of 20 Primary Care physicians. Enjoy a 4-day work week with opportunities for teaching if desired. By joining this experienced team, you will be provided opportunities for mentorship as well as autonomy to build your desired practice. This position includes outpatient clinic and rotating inpatient nursery coverage.

This is an employed position with a full partnership tract. Hutchinson Health is a multispecialty private practice. Clinic, hospital and support services are conveniently located on one campus in Hutchinson, MN, 60 miles west of the Twin Cities. Hutchinson is a warm and welcoming community with exceptional schools and parks.

This position is employed by Hutchinson Health Physicians, P.A., an independent, multispecialty physician group who provides patient care services to Hutchinson Health.

PAY RANGE:

$225,000.00 - $340,000.00 starting salary

PAY RANGE STATEMENT:
Compensation is based on the level and requirements of the role. Pay within our ranges may also be determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills, location, and abilities as well as internal equity. In addition to base compensation, this position may be eligible for work RVU productivity bonus.
