Segra is searching for a qualified and experienced Access Ordering Coordinator to join us in a full-time capacity.



Location Requirement:


This work arrangement for this role is a hybrid position, requiring three (3) days in the office, with flexibility to work remotely two (2) days each week. We are open to hiring in any Segra office.



Role Overview:


The Access Order Coordinator will be responsible for the launch and life cycle management of the vendor order. The Access Ordering Analyst I will act as a liaison between Offnet Vendor and Segra as well as internal Segra teams, such as Project Management, during all phases of implementation of Offnet Order. The Access Ordering Analyst I will work with the Vendor to ensure timely management of delivery of circuit.


Required Qualifications:



  • Minimum of 2 years of prior administrative and/or project management experience in Telecommunications
  • High School diploma or equivalent required



Preferred Qualifications:



  • Offnet ordering experience
  • Strong written/verbal communication skills and a strong problem solver
  • Strong organization skills
  • Ability to plan, develop and coordinate multiple projects
  • Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment

Salary Range: $23.42 - $29.30/hour
