KPMG is currently seeking a Workday Sales Engineer to join our Alliances team.

Responsibilities:
  • Own the technical win for Workday opportunities across applications, data, and GenAI shaping solution architectures, quantifying value, and delivering tailored demos that advance deals
  • Engage early with client executives such as Chief Data Officer (CDO), Chief Information Officer (CIO), Information technology (IT), Human resource (HR) to define outcomes and solution approach for cloud-enabled digital transformation
  • Design and deliver industry-specific GenAI demonstrations and accelerators that streamline operations, spark innovation, and reduce risk
  • Lead technical content for proposals and RFPs solution design, estimates, and differentiators integrating Workday with the client's data and AI ecosystem
  • Co-sell with the Workday Alliance and KPMG sales teams to build, qualify, and progress pipeline; contribute to bookings growth with repeatable assets and win strategies
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
Qualifications:
  • Minimum ten years of recent experience in professional services/consulting; minimum five years of recent experience in technical sales or consulting with a strong Workday focus with hands-on background with AI solutions and modern data technologies
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in a related field is preferred or ten years of previous sales engineering experience; minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required
  • Consultative solution-architecture experience in relevant domains with strong presentation skills; able to translate business use cases into technology solutions that showcase KPMG's value and rapidly design and deliver high-quality, tailored demos independently and with cross-functional teams
  • Deep understanding of client challenges and the ability to translate complex business and technical concepts into clear value propositions for clients, internal stakeholders, and Alliance Partner sales and leadership aligning KPMG offerings to client needs
  • Proven consultative and interpersonal skills with a track record of building trusted, results-driven relationships
  • Ability to travel as needed
