We are seeking a Portfolio Operations Analyst to support the ongoing coordination and oversight across a range of structures, including Mutual Funds, Hedge and Private Equity Funds, and Collective Funds across the U.S., Canada, Ireland (UCITS), and the UK. This role supports daytoday cash management, cash equitization, mutual fund trading and portfolio model management across the different structures. The position works closely with portfolio managers, operations, compliance, custodians, subadvisors, and brokers to manage cash, execute model updates, place underlying fund trades in fund of fund products, support futures and FX activity. In addition, the role compiles key regulatory and client due diligence reporting, and documentation of policies and procedures, while contributing to process improvements and supporting new products and platform initiatives as the investment platform evolves. If you enjoy solving complex problems, coordinating diverse stakeholders, and driving initiatives from concept to completion, this role offers both variety and visibility.
