Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey is seeking an Operations & Training Delivery Manager for the National Transit Institute. The Operations & Training Delivery Manager is responsible for the operational planning, scheduling, enrollment management, and logistical execution of
NTI 's nationwide training programs and learning initiatives. This position ensures that all webinars, in-person courses, virtual courses, workshops, and related training events are scheduled, staffed, tracked, and delivered in alignment with NTI's established annual work plan.
Among the key duties of this position are the following:
- Oversees course lifecycle management from scheduling through attendance tracking, course completion, and certificate issuance.
- Maintains accurate training data.
- Monitors enrollment performance.
- Increases course participation.
- Develops host agency partnerships nationwide.
- Ensures all logistical and instructor assignment processes are properly executed.
- Supervises staff responsible for training logistics and scheduling system administration.
- Works closely with instructional leadership to ensure seamless training delivery.

Qualifications
| Minimum Education and Experience |
- Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Planning, Public Administration, Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, Education, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education/training and relevant advanced professional experience.
- Minimum of five (5) years of professional experience in programming or project management.
