Job Location: Austin, Texas and surrounding areas (Bastrop/Cedar Park/Elgin/Jarrell).

Workdays/Shift Hours:Monday - Friday, 6:00 am start time

Additional Relevant Information: Must be 21+ years of age, Minimum 6 months driving experience preferred.

Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $22.46 to $28.14 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

General Purpose

Driver Merchandisers are responsible for driving and delivery of pre-ordered product to assigned accounts and for rotating and stocking product

Duties and Responsibilities

Deliver products to customers.
Check accuracy and stability of the load.
Merchandise, display and rotate products according to company standards.
Invoice and collect monies due.
Pick up company property.
Secure company assets.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures.
Settle all accounts daily.

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED preferred.
Valid Driver's Licenseaa
1-3 years of general work experience required.aa
Ability to count and secure cash required.aa
1+ years of deliveryadriving experience preferred.aa
Prior grocery store and/or consumer products experience a plus.aa
Customer service and cashahandling experience preferred.aa
Ability to operate a two or four wheeled hand-truck.aa
Mechanical/electronic troubleshooting skills.aa
Familiarity with DOT regulations.aa
Ability toawork with minimal supervision.aa
