Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    Monitoring and maintaining existing tools and workflows.
  • Performing regular audits and assessments.
  • Using scripting tools and other technologies, including AI tools, to compile, transform, visualize data, and create workflows.
  • Creating web-based reports and dashboards using BI tools.
  • Helping in the deployment and management of systems and hardware.
  • Conducting data input and analysis, including preparing maps, tables, and figures to effectively visualize and communicate key insights derived from data analysis.
  • Follow instructions and interact with IT staff, engineers, geologists, office administrative staff, CADD operators, contractors and construction personnel.


Skills, Experience and Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's university degree program in a relevant Computer Science or related discipline. (required)
  • Intermediate Python skills. (required)
  • Experience implementing operational automation using scripting techniques. (preferred)
  • Experience with GIS Software (ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online). (preferred)
  • Familiarity with basic scientific and engineering concepts (basic chemistry, engineering unit conversions, introductory statistics, algebra and geometry). (preferred)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. (required)
  • Outstanding academic credentials and exceptional interpersonal, technical writing, workflow management, and documentation proficiency. (required)
