Press space or enter keys to toggle section visibility As member of Global Payment Operations team, oversee complex operational payment processes, including preparation and execution of payments and settlements for bank-to-bank cash transfers; manage funding and liquidity for Macquarie's Nostro accounts, ensuring optimal cash account balances and mitigating risks associated with liquidity shortfalls or overfunding; independently validate and confirm deal sets for structured financial products, such as FX spot, FX structured options, average rate forwards, and interest rate derivatives; spearhead process improvement initiatives by leveraging data analytics and automation to enhance operational efficiency and minimize resource processing times; build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders, including Commodities, Metals & Financing desk, and external partners to align operational processes with strategic objectives; contribute to development of enhanced operational risk framework, incorporating advanced analytics and real-time monitoring to mitigate potential risks; and lead high-performing team, providing mentorship, conducting performance reviews, and ensuring equitable workload distribution. What you offer Press space or enter keys to toggle section visibility Bachelor's degree or equivalent in finance or related field (accounting, banking, business administration, or economics) plus 5 years of experience in job offered or 5 years of operations experience within financial services Prior experience must include 3 years of fixed income, currencies, and commodities operations experience and/or margin and collateral operations experience and/or payment operations experience 3 years of operational risk management experience 3 years of experience with structured financial products, including FX spot, FX structured options, average rate forwards, and interest rate derivatives. Salary range for this position: $130,000 - $185,000/Year. Within this salary range the base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
