What You'll Be Doing: * Be a Cultural Architect: Model Mosaic's values of belonging, connection, faithfulness, and grit while demonstrating our 7 Essential Practices of Leadership. * Mentor & Mobilize: Oversee personnel management and staff development, ensuring effective hiring, training, and supervision of your team. * Drive Strategic Operations: Manage programmatic services, budgets, and financial resources to ensure high-quality habilitative services for individuals with developmental disabilities. * Lead the Charge: Ensure all services in your geographic area comply with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards. * Represent Mosaic: Serve as the program representative within the Pontiac community and maintain open communication with staff and families. SALARY: $60,000 - $70,000 | |
