Be You. We're looking for a Financial Services Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll be the trusted point of contact for members who rely on you for clear, accurate, and timely support. Whether you're answering questions, processing transactions, conducting loan interviews, or helping members navigate their financial options, you'll make a meaningful impact every day. You'll work across key areas of the credit union - Call Center, Lending, or Operations - providing exceptional service, solving problems, and helping members access the financial resources they need. Completing of all STAR courses required. Experience Work requires two years of experience in a financial institution with one year being credit union experience. OR AN EQUIVALENT COMBINATION OF RELEVANT EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE Degrees, Licensures, Certifications N/A Anticipated Pay Range: Duke University provides an annual base salary range for this position as USD $18.00 to USD $26.62.
