CHA Consulting, Inc. is seeking an Electric Distribution Project Team Leader - Midwest to join our Electric Distribution Team, working remotely while supporting utility and energy clients across the region. In this role, you will guide multidisciplinary teams, oversee impactful electric distribution projects, and help advance resilient, reliable, and sustainable energy infrastructure. What You'll Do:
Lead and inspire a team of electric distribution professionals, keeping a pulse on team morale and engagement and fostering engagement, collaboration, and technical excellence

Salary Range: $130,000 - $145,000 Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
