Description
- Plan, conduct, and document operational, financial, procedural, and site-based audits across all Goodwill locations in accordance with established standards and audit protocols
- Identify compliance gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities; collaborate with leadership to develop corrective actions and monitor them through closure
- Prepare clear audit reports, analyze data and trends, and communicate findings to site leadership and the quality team
- Support the development, implementation and maintenance of best practices, quality systems, and process improvement initiatives
- Provide coaching and training on Goodwill's accountability, quality, regulatory, and best-practice requirements
- Ensure adherence to applicable policies, Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) standards, safety/security requirements, ADA and accessibility standards, and other regulatory guidelines
- Maintain accurate and retrievable audit records, and participate in internal departmental and regulatory audits as needed
- Assist with loss prevention related auditing and sampling efforts, and lead volunteer audit teams when required
- Build effective working relationships at all organizational levels to support governance, risk mitigation, continuous improvement, and operational consistency.
- Assist with other agency, departmental, regulatory audits as needed.
- All other duties as assigned.
