Responsible for providing efficient and effective installation services for various technology and IT-related products in customers' homes. This role ensures the seamless setup and configuration of hardware and software, troubleshoots any technical issues, and provides exceptional customer service.
Essential Functions -Installs and configures technology products. -Ensures proper placement and connection of devices according to customer requirements and best practices. -Identifies and resolves hardware and software issues encountered during installation or reported by customers. -Diagnoses and troubleshoots network connectivity problems, software conflicts, and other technical challenges. -Interacts with customers in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring their satisfaction throughout the installation process. -Documents installation procedures, configurations, and any issues encountered during the installation process. -Stays up with the latest technological advancements and product features in the IT industry.
