a)Cycle counting
Maintains all necessary reports needed to perform the cycle count and researches and reconciles all transactions needed to correct inventory discrepancies.
Generates and performs daily cycle count using Oracle, Discoverer and Excel reports to count each location and enters counts in Oracle.
Verify counts and enter recounts in Oracle.
Analyzes, researches and reconciles all inventory discrepancies and enters correcting entries.
Approves cycle count adjustments in Oracle after discussion with the Inventory Control Supervisor.

b) Physical Inventories
Creates Physical inventories in Oracle and generates appropriate reports.
Counts all material in work centers and enters counts in Oracle.
Researches and reconciles all inventory discrepancies and enters correcting entries.
Logs all inventories on physical inventories tracking spreadsheet.

c)Ensures that accurate material is charged to Discrete Jobs
Run Oracle Discoverer reports and export results to Excel.
Manually issue material to dicrete work orders.

d)Ink Receipts
Update Ink receipt spreadsheet from ink tags/tickets and email spreadsheet to ink buyer.
Enter ink receipts in Oracle.
File and maintail all ink receiving documentation.

e) Ink Returns
Transact all inks returned from PM100 tickets.
Run Discoverer query for returned inks and export to Excel.
Count all returned inks and enter correcting transactions in Oracle.
Submit Ink return spreadsheet.
Write off ink returns.

f) Pending Transactions
Check Pending WIP, Inventory and Open interfaces for pending transactions twice daily.
Review and research pending transactions and make corrections to process all pending transactions.

g)Cylinders
Create inventory in Oracle for all new cylinders by entering account receipt transactions.
Enter SubInventory transfer transactions for all remake cylinders.
Update Item master attributes in Oracle for cylinder location once assigned by cylinder clerks daily.
Update cylinder spreadsheet daily for new or updated cylinder locations.

h)Litho Labels
On shipment of litho labels, verify inventory in ShipAfton and issue litho labels to current corrugation Discrete Job.

i)Maintains and Reconciles Inventory in Crushed Core, Receiving, QC Reject and Inspection
Counts all items in SubInventories above.
Reconciles Oracle balances to counts and makes all correcting transactions.
Verifies all counted items to the appropriate log files.
Physically scraps all items where dispositions indicates items are to be scrapped and writes off all scrapped inventory to the appropriate general ledger account.
Writes off all vendor returns to the appropriate account.
Updates all OD-9 log spreadsheets with disposition information.

j)Samples
Pulls all samples requirements from production or warehouse inventory and inspects for sample quality and accuracy to product specifications.
Prepares, packs, packages and labels samples for shipment.

k)Discrete Job packets and Labels
Provides a back up function for discrete job packet processing as required.
Prints and distributes the Converting production schedules.
Provides a back up function for Converting FG labels.
Creates location barcode labels, case labels and other specialty labels as required.

l)Miscellaneous/Other Tasks
Enters all manual production (PM100s) and over completions in Oracle.
Inputs into Oracle all material movement manually recorded during system outages.
Conducts ad hoc inventory verifications, researches and reconciles all discrepancies and enters correcting transactions in Oracle.
Reconciles all output from robots, counts items and enters all correcting transactions including entering and logging completions.
Writes off scrap in Oracle to correct inventory.

m)General
Maintains good attendance as daily cycle counts reports are system generated and used in making management decisions.
Obeys all plant/safety rules and complies with all OSHA/TOSHA regulation.
Performs daily inspections of power truck/utility cart at the beginning of the shift and reports all issues to the Inventory Control/Material movement supervisor.
Operates forklift to move or count various types of material.
Maintains clean and organized work area.
Prepares material for transfer by stacking, stretch wrapping and banding and generates move tickets for material leaving the area.
Assists in Target pre-inspections and other quality inspections.
Performs other duties as assigned.
