Job Description Summary:
The Box Office Associate is responsible for providing excellent service to patrons attending ticketed events at Lisner Auditorium and other venues on GW's campus. Responsibilities include selling tickets using the Ticketmaster platform (TM1 Sales), assist patrons who have issues with their tickets, answer questions and provide information in person and via phone and email regarding ticket prices, seating, parking, and other general information, assisting with ticket scanning and troubleshooting as patrons enter the venue, and maintaining a positive, professional manner with patrons and other staff.

This individual will perform basic administrative and logistical tasks supporting events. Tasks may include: event registration and check-in, guest/patron services, scheduling of events, assisting with event set up and take down, and participation in the creation and/or distribution of event materials. Special projects or other duties may be assigned related to specific departmental needs.
Minimum Qualifications:
Qualified candidates will hold a high school diploma/ GED plus 1.5 years of relevant professional experience, or, a Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant area of study. Degree must be conferred by the start date of the position.
