What to Expect We are hiring a Shipping and Packaging Technician in support of our material movement, shipping, and packaging at the Gulf Coast Lithium Refinery in Robstown, Texas. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shipping and Packaging Technician to join our team. This role is critical to ensuring the efficient and safe movement of products within our refinery. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical skills, forklift experience, and excellent communication abilities to collaborate effectively with operators, lab personnel, and the management team. What You'll Do Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering and Quality Assurance, to resolveproduction issues and implement action plans accordingly Complete documentation and record-keeping tasks accurately and on time to ensure compliance with quality requirements Quality control, including identification, documentation, and disposition and sampling and integrity controls Support the operation of multiple tools simultaneously, ensuring smooth and efficient production processes Ensure a high-level product quality by completing tasks such as, audits, 5S activities Participate in the continuous improvement of safety, quality, output, and tool uptime What You'll Bring 3-5 years' experience with industrial experience. Ability to operate stand up and sit-down electric and telehandler forklifts, basic mechanical troubleshooting required Demonstrate ability to analyze problems and error conditions, identify root causes, and implement viable long-term solutions.
